  1. Take Semolina in a mixing bowl add curd. Mix it close the lid and keep a side for and 1/2 hour. So the Semolina can get puffed
  2. Now add water, green chilli+ ginger paste, cumin seeds, salt, baking soda and mix it well
  3. Add water and make batter properly. Heat up the appam maker. Grease the all cavity. Pour batter with spoon.
  4. Close the lid and cook it for 5 mins. Turn and cook it for 5 min more. Take out in plate.
  5. Make hingwale (asafoetida) water. Take a vessel add water, asafoetida, salt and mix it till salt dissolve. Add all cook Wadas in it. Make all Wadas in same way.
