- Take each : Red chilli, Dhaniya,haldi, garam masala powder
- Make ready everest chicken tandoori masala
- Get Juice of lemons
- Get Salt
- Make ready edible red colour
- Take schezwan paste
- Get ginger garlic paste
Instructions to make Whole Chicken Tandoori:
- Clean & wash chicken.. !!
- (Except chicken) Mix all the ingredients in a mixing bowl to smooth paste.
- Marinate the chicken in this mixture for atleast 12 hours.
- Grease a baking tray & Bake in a pre-heated oven on 180c for 20 mints or until done. Brush with butter on both sides while baking to keep moisture intact.
- When done serve hot. Sprinkle some chat masala on top.
