5. Heat another pan, put onion, garlic, some celery wait till slightly cook, then put the sauce of egg yolks together and mix, i put a bit of honey and set yogurt from nestle but this is optional.. after all the ingredients mix well put the fried shrimp and dont forget to just in a low heat..
6. Drain the shrimp that already mix with egg yolks sauce in a nice plate, and put the white egg in the side of plate, bcs this is the nice part from salted egg..
