- Get cooked quinoa
- Take semolina
- Take curd

- Get chopped green chillies

- Add boiled quinoa to this batter & mix well. Adjust the consistency by adding little water at a time.
- Let it rest for 5-10 minutes.
- After that season it with salt & kitchen king masala (if u dont have this handy you can use pav bhaji masala or just red chilli powder & garam masala)
- Add finely chopped veggies to it & give it a good mix. Lastly add eno/baking soda for instant fermentation.
- Heat up the appe/paniyaram pan with little oil & mustard seeds.
- Add the batter into cavities of pan & cover & cook from both sides for about 5-7 minutes. & they are ready to be served. Enjoy 🤗
