Steps to make Simple Mutton Curry:
  1. Clean and wash mutton pieces.
  2. In a pressure cooker, add mutton pieces, onion, tomato, greenchilli, ginger garlic crushed, red chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, water and salt to taste. Pressure cook it for 3 or 4 whistle or till cooked. Cool it completely and open the lid. Keep it ready.
  3. Heat oil in a pan, add cardamom, cloves,some curry leaves and garlic. Saute it for a minutes in medium flame.
  4. To this add Kashmiri red chilli powder and saute till raw smells disappear.
  5. Then add the cooked mutton and combine well.
  6. Let it boil for a minutes or till the gravy become thick consistency.
  7. To this add lemon juice and some coriander leaves. Switch off the flame. Garnish it and Serve hot with roti or ghee rice.
