- Heat a flat pan and wipe the wet cloth. Ladle out(Rolex) the batter and spread the Dosa(circular motion). Grease with some oil and cook low flame until the crispy.5 min Cover the pan otherwise flip the Dosa other side.
- If the Dosa is cooked remove the Dosa the plate.
- Serve the pesarattu Dosa with coconut chtuney.
