- Take wheat,and all purpose flour add ghee,salt carom seeds,ajwain, baking powder and knead the dough with mil and water.

- Dough should be smooth and and hard,rest it for 15 min

- Take a pan with oil,add,cumin, mustard, fennel seeds

- Add all veggies one by one and Cook cover.

- Add salt, turmeric powder,cumin powder,garam Masala,black pepper,grated ginger and Chilli

- Cook for few minutes untill soft

- Add chopped coriander leaves,let it cool down before stuffing
- Take small dough,stuff veggies by pressing and make small dough
- Preheat the gas oven /tandoor,put the balls and let it bake in high flame,untill golden in colour
