Instructions to make Whole wheat roll:
  1. Mix whole wheat flour and salt. Put refine in it and mix it with hand making the flour look like crumbles. Add water and knealed it into a dough. Keep aside the dough to rest.
  2. Now add very little refine in a pan and add vegetable juellings into it. Add salt and black pepper to the vegeatbles and saute it. Remember not to over cook vegetables. Let it be crunchy.
  3. After you done with sauting, tranfer it in a bowl and add lemon juice and mix it well.
  4. Add boiled sweet corns to the mash potato. Chop the green chillies into fine pieces and add in the mix. Add salt and all the masalas as mentioned in the ingredients of aaloo tikki section and mix it well.
  5. Prepare long kabab shaped tikki of aaloo and sweet corn mix.
  6. Add refine in pan or on tawa and cook these tikkis.
  7. Now take a small part of dough and roll it into chapatis. Make these chapaties thinner than the you make in regluar days.
  8. Heat the tawa and cook these chapaties by adding ghee or refine on both side nicely.
  9. Add garlic eggless mayonise over cooked chapati.
  10. Add the saute vegetables.
  11. Now add the kabab shaped tikkis.
  12. Roll it into a roll shape and put back on tawa just to give a finishing.
  13. Cover one side of roll with aluminium foil or or any food wrap and serve it with green chutney or tomato ketchup.
