  1. In a bowl add the flour, salt, pepper and dried thyme. Mix together then crack in both eggs and stir until the flour is part incorporated. Cook for a further 20-25 mins or until the batter has risen up well and is golden brown and fluffy. Note: Do not be tempted to open the oven door as the Yorkshire pudding is cooking, otherwise it could prevent it from rising.
  4. Remove from the oven and leave to cool for a couple of minutes before cutting and serving with your chosen sides. Enjoy!
