- Get 1/2 cup whole milk
- Take 1/2 cup all-purpose flour

Cut a long slit in the side of each chicken breast, open it up and stuff with the creamy kale. Gently stretch each rasher of bacon and wrap three around each chicken breast. Remove chicken and chop into bite size pieces. Stir the cream cheese into the kale and sauce.

- Then add in both milks and let it thicken. Don't overcook the sauce or it will break.

Remove chicken and chop into bite size pieces. Stir the cream cheese into the kale and sauce. Add the parmesan cheese and xanthan gum and mix until slightly thickened. Add the chicken back in and mix to evenly distribute. Kale and chicken in creamy coconut sauce.
