- Get 1/2 cup Thick Curd
- Make ready 1.5 tsp Red Chilli Powder

- Prepare 1 tsp Dhania Jeera Powder
- Get 1/2 tsp Aamchur Powder
- Make ready 2 tbsp Roasted Besan
- Prepare 1.5 tsp Oil
- Take 1/4 tsp Ajwain
- Take 1 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
- Get 1 tsp Kasuri Meethi
- Take 1 tsp Chopped Coriander Leaves
- Get to taste Salt
- Take 1/2 tsp Garam Masala
- Get 1 medium sized Onion cubed
- Get 1 medium sized Capsicum cubed
- Prepare 100 gms Paneer cubed
- Get 3 tbsp oil
- Prepare For Kathi Roll :
- Take 5-6 Rotis
- Get 1/2 cup Shredded Cabbage
- Prepare 1/2 cup Grated Cheese
- Take 1 cup Mayonnaise or Green Chutney
- Prepare 1 medium Tomato finely chopped (optional)

- Marination : In a mixing bowl take curd, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, dhania jeera powder, aamchur powder, roasted besan, 1.5 tsp of oil, ajwain, ginger garlic paste, kasuri meethi, coriander leaves, salt and garam masala. Mix all well. Now add cubed onions, capsicum and paneer, again mix well and marinate for 1 hour.
- Now heat up the 3 tbsp of oil in a pan on medium flame. Add marinated paneer mixture to the pan. Spread the mixture well in a pan. Roast for 4 to 5 mins. Stir in between and roast on all sides. Roast till sauce gets thick and paneer cubes are roasted from all sides. Switch off the flame. Paneer Tikka for rolls is ready.
- Preparing Roll or Wrap - Heat up the tawa. Put some butter on tawa. Take one roti and warm the roti well from both sides. Remove warm roti in a plate.
- Now spread some mayonnaise or green chutney on all over the roti. Keep the prepared paneer tikka on one side of the roti. Evenly spread shredded cabbage on paneer tikka. Keep some finely chopped tomato pieces. Sprinkle grated cheese on it. Roll tightly making sure that stuffing doesn't come out.
- Wrap the roll in paper napkin/butter paper/silver foil and serve.
