  1. Heat oil in a kadhai. Add cumin seeds and allow to splutter. Add chopped onion and whole garam masala and turmeric powder. Saute, till the raw smell of onion is gone. - Now add tomatoes, salt, ginger, red chilli,cumin and coriander powder with 2 tsp water. Lower the flame, cover and cook till oil separates from the masala. - Then, mix the paneer, veggies, chopped coriander and mint leaves and whisked cream. Cook for 1minute in low flame. Add a cup of water, mix well and cook covered.
  2. After 3 minutes switch off the flame and serve hot.
