- Just before steaming, add 1tbsp. Baking powder & 1 tbs. ENO salt.
- When the bubbles from,.mix gently.
- Now Grease idli plates with oil..
- Pour a little batter into each greased idli mould and steam for 7 to 8 minutes or till the idli are cooked.
- Cool slightly, de mould and serve immediately with sambhar & coconut Chutney…
