The ingredients needed to make Fried egg roll:
  1. Prepare 1 cups flouwer
  2. Take Fried egg
  3. Prepare 2.5 ts of salt and baking powder
  4. Prepare 1 ts of butter
  5. Get Oil

Using your fingertip dab a little bit of the beaten egg on the upper corner and right and left corners of the egg roll (this will act as the glue). Using a pastry brush, lightly brush corners with water. Fold bottom corner of wrapper over filling. Don't forget to brown the ends.

Fold bottom corner of wrapper over filling. Don't forget to brown the ends. The egg roll wrapper should bubble and turn a golden brown. Lay out one egg roll skin with a corner pointed toward you. Fold left and right corners toward the center and continue to roll.
