  1. Firstly crumble the carrot & cauliflower
  2. Make mixture of gram flour salt, chilli turmeric powder add some water
  3. Now add crumbled cauliflower & carrots in that mixture
  4. Make the round small balls of that mixture
  5. Deep fry that balls in oil (like pakora)
  6. Cut onion & tomato and grind it
  7. Put 2 tbps oil in Fry pan on a low flame
  8. Add grinded mixture of tomato and onion in oil in a fry pan
  9. Roast that mixture & add some water & make a thick gravy
  10. Add ketchup and red food colour
  11. Now add that balls in this gravy
  12. Now at the end add manchurian masala and before serving add coriander
  13. Now our healthy and yummy manchurian is ready to serve
