- Prepare Sela rice soaked for 4 hours
- Get Sugar or to taste
- Get milk
- Get khoya

- Get coloured Rasgullay
- Get Green cardamom
- Get Almonds soaked for 2-3 hours(chilka utar lain)
- Take coconut sliced
- Get cloves
- Get Red colour
- Take green colour

- Take Kewra Essence few drops

- Take Salt and oil for rice
Instructions to make Mutanjan:
- Soak sela rice for 4 hours.
- Pour water in a pan then add salt, cooking oil and boil the rice.
- Heat ghee in a pan, add cloves,green cardamom fry add sugar and milk cook till sugar dissolves.
- Now add rice mix well
- Add Khoya, Rasgullay, Almonds, Coconut, qewra essences few drops, Red,green and yellow colours. Add 1 tbspn ghee spread on top and cover.
- Leave it on Dum for 15-20 minutes on a low flame.
- Delicious Mutanjan is now ready to serve.
